What to Expect During Your Free Consultation and Complimentary Training Session

This starts with joining our personal training program. Each new person that is new to our personal training program gets to have a free. consultation and complimentary one-hour personal training session. Since you are new but may be apprehensive to what might be involved, we thought it would be a good idea to give you a better picture of what to expect when you have this free consultation and one-hour complimentary workout with one of our personal trainers. After all, this will also show you how we can help you achieve those fitness goals. First, you schedule your consultation with what fits your schedule.
