Georgia Personal Training (GPT) There are many options of cardio equipment at most gyms. Some of my favorites are the stair stepper and the stationary bike. These, at least for me, seem to provide a low impact way to work up a good sweat and keep a higher level heart rate with out spiking up and down. Georgia Personal Training When you age as a man it seems to me that losing and keeping weight off is more problematic.
