Substitutions, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return: We stand behind every product that we offer for sale on our website.  If you make a purchase and decide that you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it to our gym for a replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please Note: we will not accept items for return if they have been damaged. All returns must be in the same condition as when we originally sold the item to you. Items we sell are inspected for manufacturing defects, prior to placing them into our inventory for sale. Still, there may be a situation that arises where we miss a manufacturing problem on a product. In the event that you purchase an item and you find such a defect, please return the item for a refund or replacement.

Exchange: All exchanges must be done at the gym. If the item you purchased was the wrong size, return it to our gym within 30 days of purchase. Assuming the item is free from damage, we will allow you to exchange the item for the correct size. Exchanges cannot be done by mail.

Substitution: All substitutions must be done at the gym. If you prefer another item, instead of the item you purchased, return the original item purchased to the gym, within 30 days of your purchase. Assuming the item is free from damage, we will allow you to exchange the item for another of equal or greater value. Purchaser will be responsible for any additional expense, over and above the cost of the original item, at the time the substitution is made.

Refund: Any refund request must be done within 15 days of the date of the original purchase. If you decide you want to pursue a refund, bring the item back to the gym, within the required time frame. Assuming the item is free from damage, we will process a refund to you. All refunds will be by check. We do not carry cash at the gym.
