This will give you the opportunity to experience a typical week of personal training services without having to make a significant financial commitment. Most gyms offer one free session and then expect you to commit to a 12 month training program. We understand that this is not an ideal situation for most people. Come in and work with our expert staff. Let us take through three completely unique workout splits. Let us show you how we will coach you through an entire week inside the gym and out.
