BELINDA VOGEL – BIO

Belinda Vogel started practicing yoga in 2002 and completed her first Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2009. She earned her 500 RYT in March 2018 and has taught thousands of hours of group and individual classes. Belinda joined the Georgia Personal Training team in 2015. She offers traditional yoga classes for our 24 hour fitness center members as well as specialized stretching and mobility workshops for our athletes.

Belinda’s classes are rooted in anatomy and designed to be accessible regardless of your fitness level, yoga experience, or range of flexibility. She approaches yoga as a tool for living that helps us to reconnect to ourselves, reduce our experience of stress, and optimize our strength, flexibility, and mobility. Yoga classes at The Roswell Fitness Factory are mixed level, alignment based classes. You will cultivate awareness of your breath and body through poses that utilize and deepen your physical strength to enhance your flexibility.

Most of our physique and fitness focused clients come from the East Cobb, Roswell, and Sandy Springs areas. Our sports performance clients come from all over the state of GA to work with owner and Matt Lein. Our training programs include weight loss, fat reduction, physique sculpting, sports performance, HIIT training, speed and agility, metabolic conditioning, physical therapy, injury prevention, nutritional coaching, kickboxing, and more.
