Thanksgiving is nearly upon us. We look forward to the time we have with our own families, reflecting on another year of abundance and. gratitude. We wish all of our clients a Happy Thanksgiving! We understand that during this holiday and the upcoming celebrations that finish off the year that these events have become unofficially known as the "eating" holidays. That's because we end up pulling out so many rich foods. Thanksgiving tempts us with mashed potatoes, pie and whipped cream, and plenty of alcohol. Then, there is Christmas with chocolates, candies, and cookies among all the other goodies. Although it's nice to enjoy some of these "extras" during the holidays, it's also important to keep your personal training going. Besides the food, it can be difficult to maintain that workout schedule with days off and a house full of visitors.
