Working out in the warm weather can be more enjoyable than in the cold of winter as there is less clothing required. While jogging or other physically demanding activities are enjoyable during summer, it is important to respect the heat. Over exposure to excessive heat may cause the body to go into heat exhaustion which left un-treated can lead to heat stroke. Once it advances to that level, people are in a dangerous state.
