Baseball Specific Training Designed To Produce Next Level Ballplayers Matt Lein, played high school and youth baseball in the Roswell and Alpharetta area. He played his college ball at Wofford College. After completing a very successful baseball career, which included being named to the Collegiate All-American team, Matt came back home to Roswell and opened a 24 hour Anytime Fitness Center and a personal training facility called Georgia Personal Training. The two businesses are co-located at 9420 Willeo Road, Roswell, Georgia 30075. The gym and personal training center operate from suite 105 and 106. Matt began playing baseball at the age of 5. He actually turned his first double play in T-Ball. With a player at first and Matt playing second base, the batter hit a ground ball that Matt fielded. He tagged the runner headed to second and ran over to first to complete the double play. At that very moment, it was clear that Matt had a real knack for the game. Georgia Personal Training lead trainer, Matt Lein, was a collegiate All-American baseball player, while playing for Wofford College in South Carolina. Ever Participated In A Boot Camp? Members at Anytime 24 Hr Fitness and Georgia Personal Training Center really seem to enjoy boot camp classes. Participation in each class, especially on Saturday morning, is always strong. There is much to love at GPT. We have some of the best trainers in Atlanta and our gym is loaded with top of the line fitness equipment. Our team works extremely hard to create an environment that is conducive to achieving a great workout, in a fun environment. Your good health is our mission. Boot Camps Rock We are seeing a steady increase in the number of gym members who are opting to attend our weekly fitness boot camps. People of all ages and fitness levels are joining in on the fun. Our Boot Camps are designed to provide a great work-out, focused on improving cardiovascular health and increasing overall body strength. What Are Your New Year's Resolutions? Well it's that time of year again. New Year's Eve is right around the corner. Most of us have already begun reminiscing about all the of great things that happened for us in 2014. Just thinking through this past year at the gym, we had some members get married, others had new babies, some got job promotions, others found new jobs at new companies. A few moved on to new adventures and opportunities outside of the great state of Georgia. Next week we will finish our progress reviews with each personal training client who is actively working with us. We will be going over their goals and accomplishments from 2014. Expresso Takes Indoor Cycling To The Next Level A Truly Interactive Workout Experience! We purchased our first Expresso Fitness Bikes back in early 2009. We bought them shortly after we opened our Anytime Fitness 24 hour gym. In addition to the Expresso training bikes, we also bought a great selection other training bikes as well, including; spin bikes, recumbents and traditional exercise bikes. Without fail, the majority of our bike riding gym members always seemed eager to jump on the spin bikes and/or the Expresso bikes. What makes the Expresso bike ride so cool is the truly interactive ride that the bikes provide. Each Expresso training bike comes with a large screen video display monitor. These monitors are linked to a super sophisticated internal computer, which is in turn connected to the worldwide web.  Each rider can create their own Expresso account. They can login each time they ride and the system provides them with details on their previous rides. Georgia Personal Training Zumba Class Tuesday & Thursday Nights GPT is co-located with our 24-hour fitness center. Members of the gym are able to participate in any and all of the group classes offered at Georgia Personal Training Center. We are located at 9420 Willeo Road, Roswell, Georgia 30075, just down the street from the Chattahoochee Nature Center. The fitness center offers, 24 hour card key access to members and members also have nationwide access to more than 2000 clubs. Zumba Classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays Our Zumba class instructors are really great. They keep the tempo of each class upbeat and we always see people smiling, laughing and having a great time during the classes. Oh yeah, did I also mention they seem to be profusely sweating as well? Smiling, sweating, sounds like a great formula for loosing weight, gaining strength and stamina and keeping your body healthy from the inside out. Georgia Personal Training Boot Camp Boot Camps Starts At 10:00 AM! GPT  holds a fitness boot camp every Saturday morning. This morning, we have a ton of folks who have signed up for the class. Can't wait to get started! Nothing like a nice crisp Fall morning to get everyone revved up. We will be working cardio activities early in the session, moving on to some strength skills in the middle of the session, with a primary focus on fun as we build endurance, stamina and more explosive muscles. Building a healthier body, while sharing time with friends makes for a great combination of hard work and good times! This group fitness sessions are normally run by either Brandi or Matt Lein. This mornings boot camp is scheduled to run one hour and thirty minutes. We include group classes and boot camps in our gym membership packages so they are open to all of our active gym members.

Evan Moore Freshman Of The Year - Alpharetta High School Evan Moore has been a personal training client of Matthew Lein for more than 4 years. Evan started working with Matt when he was approximately 12 years old. He is now in his Freshman year of High School at Alpharetta High. Evan has shown great dedication in all of the speed, strength, agility, hitting and fielding work that he and Matt have done.  Evan's parents were introduced to Matt four years ago. They quickly saw the passion for training baseball players that Matt had. In conversations with him, it was evident to them both that Matt not only possessed the baseball skill and talent level that their son hoped to achieve, but, he also had the practical knowledge and ability to transfer that knowledge and information to other ballplayers. Evan immediately enrolled at Georgia Personal Training and has been growing as a baseball player and as a person since that time. Congratulations to Evan for being named Freshman Of The Year at Alpharetta High School.
