Educational Personal trainers undergo extensive training and instruction. That means they are well-versed in exercise, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes. Their education is then applied to your training to ensure you can meet your goals and undertake exercise that has been researched and studied. Plus, the extensive training means your personal trainer has the knowledge to help you more than anyone who has not studied fitness and health. 2. Form On your own, you may not be lifting correctly or performing exercises with the best form.
