As personal trainers, we are always encouraging our clients to improve themselves and to never just settle. Even with our own fitness, Brandi and I as well as our team realizes that we can't sit back and maintain what we have. Instead, we have to work hard on ourselves and our fitness center to make it better for our clients. We are excited to announce that we are currently in the middle of giving our gym a facelift. There are new HD televisions throughout our Roswell gym. Plus, we are excited to be getting all new treadmills. Throughout the last few years, we have added new gym equipment and upgraded other aspects of our East Cobb fitness center and personal training facility.
