You may work out consistently and come to the gym or take our great classes, such as yoga or boot camp. However, it may feel like the changes are not coming as fast or in the ways you would like it to. That is the primary reason I recommend that, no matter what fitness level you are at, you can benefit from adding personal training into your regular workout routine. In doing personal training for years and working with all types of people, I see human nature kick in regardless of the goals. We don't often push ourselves as much as we could or should. Or, we go like crazy and hurt ourselves. Finding that middle ground is where a personal trainer comes in. They push you but not to the point where you hurt yourself. The weather may finally be changing now that spring is nearly here. More sunshine means fewer clothes, which means you may want to start on that plan to feel confident in those fewer clothes for the spring and summer seasons. Here are some suggestions for how to approach your weight loss or toning goals for this summer. Plan and Schedule Since there is a timeline involved, you can work backwards by planning what you will do each week toward your fitness goals to reach that by summer. You can set individual goals for each week related to how you will achieve that weight loss. A journal is a great way to do that as are the numerous fitness apps now available so you can track what you eat and your physical activity. To guide the planning process, it helps to work with a personal trainer who can give you realistic guidelines about how much you can achieve each week toward that goal and provide the program to achieve it. Boot Camp Classes are Back!

We are so excited to bring Boot Camp classes back to our Anytime Fitness Roswell facility. I know so many of y0u out there were requesting these classes. Plus, any new members may be interested in these challenging, yet results-oriented, group fitness classes Starting March 1st, you'll be able to attend five boot camp classes per week. You'll be able to burn up to 1,000 calories in 60 minutes, depending on the fitness level you are at and the intensity you put into the boot camp. All fitness levels are welcome, so don't be afraid to jump into these heart-pounding, sweat-inducing group exercise classes. The classes include cardio lifting, core strength and stability exercises, cardiovascular endurance, and functional movement. The team atmosphere is fun and motivational. Many of our success stories will tell you they still take these classes to push themselves harder. Plus, they enjoy the social atmosphere and camaraderie that goes into working on fitness goals together.
