One of the main reasons you should consider personal training is the ability to benefit from a focus on your individual needs. Every YouTube video workout or exercise program available on DVD is made for the masses. While these may offer some benefit for you, they are not customized to meet your own goals. For example, although you may be able to potentially lose weight from regular use of these videos, you will not be able to address other needs like toning, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance or sports-specific training.
