Specialized Training For Baseball Players Georgia Personal Training is the perfect place for baseball players who want to improve their speed, agility and functional baseball strength. Georgia Personal Training lead trainer, Matt Lein, was a collegiate All-American baseball player, while playing for Wofford College in South Carolina. During his freshman year, Matt was named to the All-American team, as the top rated third baseman in the country. Also during that same year, Matt was named Southern Conference Freshman of the Year and selected to the SoCon All Conference Team. Matt has the knowledge to effectively deliver specialized training designed specifically for baseball players. He gained that knowledge from years of experience in competing at the highest levels of collegiate athletics. Matt began playing baseball when he was 5 years old. From the time he picked up a bat, it was clear that he had a real knack for the sport. When he turned 13, he began working with professional strength, conditioning and baseball skill coaches in the Atlanta area. He flourished in that environment and quickly moved his game to the next level. As a 14 year old, Matt made the number 1 East Cobb travel squad. He was only [...]

Personal Training Delivers Results Do you every find yourself saying, today I am going to start losing this unwanted weight? We mean well, but, somehow we just seem to let life's challenges get in our way. How many mornings, just over the past month, have you gotten up and told yourself, today is the day I start training? Lets be honest for a moment. My guess is the answer to the two questions above is, both have happened frequently. For most of us, we can visualize doing exactly what it takes to lose the weight. We all tend to see ourselves like we did when we were younger. Remember those days? We ran frequently. We ate all that we wanted and we never seemed to have a problem with our belt being to small or needing to buy new, bigger cloths. What we all forget is, mother nature tends to slow our metabolism as we get older. Once the metabolism starts to slow, our bodies begin retaining more fats cells. Our bodies store that fat, thinking we are going to need it for all the exercise that we normally do. The problem is, we are now working all the time [...]

It's Time For Spring Training! Anytime 24 Hour Fitness | Georgia Personal Training 9420 Willeo Road, Roswell, Georgia 30075 Winter is one of the most challenging times of year for most of us. For me personally, I truly struggle with the cold and fewer hours of daylight thing. Oh, I am not about to whine about it mind you. I simply don't like to be cold! Lets face it, we live in Roswell, Georgia. We enjoy working out, running, biking, hiking and boating. All those great Spring, Summer and Fall activities. For most of us who were raised in Georgia, the idea of skiing, bobsledding and dog mushing just isn't what we wake up excited about. My personal issue with Winter begins the minute they tell me I have to turn back my clock by an hour for Daylight Savings Time. Mind you, I have no problem with the Spring forward piece of that equation. It's the Fall back for Fall that just strikes a nerve in me. The minute I hear Fall Back, I think oh great, it's going to be dark before I even get home from work. By the time I think about going out for a [...]
