Georgia Personal Training Many years ago, I joined my young son for martial arts training. One thing I remember was the vast amount of Stretching Exercises, before, during and after classes. As the years have passed, stretching has not been a priority.  I decided to make that a focus of this blog and incorporate knowledge from the Georgia Personal Training staff regarding the importance of Stretching. Whether it’s a sports injury or some other type of need to heal after surgery, you may want to jump right back into your workout regimen, but you know you have to go careful so as to not risk re-injury. It also takes time to build up your strength and flexibility again, depending on how much rest you have given that injured area.
