Georgia Personal Training Personally, I have never tried a Boot Camp Class but I have friends and family who swear by it. In fact there is a Boot Camp gym directly across from my gym. As we all know from our history studies, it was a bitterly cold winter when the Pilgrims first landed in America. Georgia Personal Training (GPT) There are many options of cardio equipment at most gyms. Some of my favorites are the stair stepper and the stationary bike. These, at least for me, seem to provide a low impact way to work up a good sweat and keep a higher level heart rate with out spiking up and down.
