You have to drag yourself out of bed, squeeze in time when you are already busy with work or school, and then invest in some new clothes (or at least take the ones you already have out of the dryer). All that aside, though, there are certain workouts that are better for certain times of day. Some people prefer morning workouts; others love evening workouts.
