At Georgia Personal Training, our focus is on delivering elite personal training services for clients in the Metro Atlanta area, including athletes who can enjoy further customized sports performance personal training programs designed for their sport, their needs, and their performance goals. From football, baseball, and basketball to swimming, golf, and lacrosse, we have certified and seasoned personal trainers who have played these sports and understand what it takes to design and oversee customized sports-specific personal training.

Our personal training program for swimmers is available for middle school, high school, and college swimmers who want to improve their strength, stamina, speed, and ability to win their swim meets. We also take into account that swimmers need upper body strength, flexibility, core stability, and explosiveness for both short and long distance and specialty swim competitions.

Like all of today’s athletes, we also recognize that they are busy with other things like school and life, so we design our swimming personal training programs around those schedules to further personalize the personal training experience.
