We offer a baseball personal training program for ages 10-18 as well as specific programs for high school baseball players and college baseball players to improve their agility, speed, arm strength, hitting power, and core strength while working on technique that minimize the risk of injury.

Our personal training program for baseball players has been developed by a former high school and college baseball player. In fact, Matt Lein has spent nearly 20 years of his life immersed in the sport of baseball.

Our training modalities will enhance speed, improve lateral quickness and agility, and create functional strength that directly translates to more bat speed and increased velocity.
The workouts are tailored to each player’s specific need and based on their age, physical and mental maturity, physical build, athletic strengths and weaknesses, and the position(s) they play.
We work on lower body strength and explosiveness, posterior chain an core strength, core stability, rotational power, and shoulder strength. Our baseball performance programs also address forearm and grip strength, balance, and joint integrity. We also work with baseball players on developing their mental toughness and incorporate recommendations on nutrition and sleep.
