Keeping dad healthy is an important goal for all of us. At GPT we have numerous programs. One that might be fun is a Saturday “Boot Camp”. You both will enjoy each other’s company and benefit from the great workout that the professional trainers at GPT will lead you through. If your dad is not a routine workout person, this might be the start to a healthier lifestyle for him.

At Georgia Personal Training we offer fitness boot camps three days a week. Two of the boot camps are offered in the evening, during the week. The third boot camp is on Saturday morning. Boot camps are designed to be challenging, fun and rewarding. If you have a membership to the gym, boot camp is included with your monthly membership.

Either Matt or Brandi Lein, our owners and highly experienced personal trainers, will lead the boot camp. Members have the opportunity to learn from them and experience first-hand the benefits of working with a knowledgeable trainer. Boot camps range in time from 1 hour to 1- and 1/2-hour sessions. It really depends on the fitness level of the group that comes to participate.

As with all things at Georgia Personal Training, boot camps are a chance to have fun, enjoy a great workout and improve your overall health. We always advise boot camp participants that while staying up with the group is nice, it isn’t the most important thing. We want our members to enjoy the boot camp and to get the maximum value from the work. We also want to ensure that each participant is working at a level that they are personally capable of sustaining. The idea of training is to enjoy it and to get better over time.
