Our sport-specific training for swimming helps swimmers develop upper body strength, core body stability, flexibility, explosiveness, and endurance. High school and college swimmers located in Roswell, Milton and East Cobb can join our swimming-specific training program.
In the past, swimmers did not typically participate in weight lifting. However, we now know the value of this type of physical training. The time in the gym can be just as important as those spent in the pool.
