The final step to beginning your training program is scheduling your weekly sessions. At GPT, training is our passion, and accordingly we train clients all day every day. Sessions can begin as early as 7:00 am and as late as 9:00 pm during the week. We are available to train during these hours Monday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday we typically do sessions from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm depending on the needs of our clients, and availability of our training staff.

The best approach is to set 2-3 specific days and times that are permanent spots for you going forward. This is how most of our clients do their scheduling. However, many of our clients have kids, businesses, and other commitments that occasionally require rescheduling a session. This is no issue whatsoever.

Let us emphasize, we will do absolutely anything within our power to get your training sessions in no matter how limited your availability may be.
