  • Arrive for your first personal training session, which involves paperwork and a sit-down interview with you where we can hear about the goals you have written down, take measurements and your weight, and identify your strengths and weaknesses. You can also share more about your lifestyle choices so we can understand what type of fitness program may be right for you.
  • From there, we will customize a personal training program that fits your goals, abilities, and available workout time. You’ll also learn how to use our equipment in a safe, effective manner.
  • We also like to spend time discussing nutrition and learning about your current eating habits so we can help you make adjustments so you get the most out of your personal training.
  • Then, we’ll go through a workout session that includes a warm-up, some cardio, exercises, and a stretching and cool-down session that fits you.
