It’s a question we here a lot at our personal training center. And, it’s understandable. Even with the various deals and promotions we offer, we know that each of you is still investing money in something that you want to get a return on.
Whether we are training you in person or through our new online coaching program, we are confident that it actually makes a difference. That’s because we have numerous success stories where we have witnessed our clients transform their bodies, health, and lifestyles for the better.
They reluctantly give us the “before” pictures but are more than proud to deliver the “after” pictures that show they’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and changed their shape. These success stories also share their stories about how they have gained energy and stamina.
And, they most often note that they could not have done it on their own. That’s because having a personal trainer is there to hold you accountable and keep you track. They are also your motivator, support system, and listener.
Plus, they show you new exercises and know your body sometimes better than you know it so they push you harder than you would on your own. They are more objective and can see what you can’t in terms of improving your form or other changes you could make to get more out of each repetition or type of exercise.
Plus, personal trainers can also provide insights into how to adjust your diet and what changes are necessary to help supplement what you are trying to do with each personal training session and those “homework” sessions personal trainers make you do on the days they aren’t working with you.
Even personal trainers need the help of personal trainers to get past plateaus and to the next level. That’s what happened to me and Brandi. Although we do this for a living, it still helps for us to work with a colleague because they can deliver the same benefits, including see how we can achieve our next fitness goal and really start seeing a difference in how we look and perform.
