As a competitive cheerleader, you need to have core body strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.

To help you achieve those performance goals, we offer fitness training for competitive cheerleaders. Our program has the goal to help you achieve an overall physical fitness level that can help you with lifts, dance moves, and gymnastics that are part of competitive cheering so you can get to the next level.

Brandi Lein is the general manager and one of our lead fitness trainers. She works with the girls and boys who participate in competitive cheering. During high school, Brandi did competitive cheerleading, so she knows what is important to focus on to improve overall performance.

Roswell High School, Milton High School, and most of the Cobb County area high schools all have competitive cheering squads. Since many colleges are now offering scholarships for students participating in cheerleading, it’s become more important at many schools and is viewed as a way to stand out.

Our training sessions for competitive cheerleaders is based on the individual, including what they want to achieve, their fitness level, maturity, and focus. The length of personal training sessions can be a half hour, 45 minutes, one hour or even longer.  Every new client starts with an introductory session so we can get to know them as individuals and create a personalized fitness program.

We push hard and focus on each aspect that is necessary for success in competitive cheerleading. To find out more, contact us today!
