    Each session builds on the previous session, providing you with a good idea of what it is like to work with our personal trainers.

    Session one typically covers getting to know you, your goals, and anything related to your health that has previously stood in your way.

    We take measurements and do some general physical tests to assess where you are with stamina, flexibility, balance and strength. This helps create a customized personal training program that addresses your unique situation.

    These other sessions are designed to familiarize you with the entire gym and what we have to offer. Learning to use everything correctly will also help you have a safe and effective workout.
