GPT Boot Camp

GPT Boot Camp

Looking for more results from your workouts? GPT boot camps are the answer for you.  Our boot camp classes offer an elite personal training experience at an affordable group training price.  Our expert instructors will lead you through a 45 minute, high paced, total body workout, that will produce more results than any other group fitness option in the area. GPT boot camps utilize the principles of progressive overload, muscle confusion, high intensity interval training, and metabolic optimization to help you reach your goals.

We combine compound strength training movements, low impact plyometrics, body weight calisthenics, and cardio lifting circuits, all done at a high intensity cardio pace to burn maximum calories and kickstart your metabolism into high gear.  The result being not only are you burning more calories than ever during your workout, you’re also burning more calories than ever after the workout.

The boot camp setting is efficient, cost effective, social, and supportive.  The team atmosphere has proven highly effective time and time again for those who have struggled to stick with a fitness regimen on their own.  It’s more than a group of strangers working out alongside each other.  It’s a surrogate family of like minded individuals coming together to pursue the common goal of becoming a better version of themselves. Our classes are specifically designed to accommodate all ages and all fitness levels.

We have the expertise and experience to help you achieve life changing results, and our pricing structure beats the competition by a long shot. So, if you’re ready to experience the highest level group training in Metro Atlanta, done in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, then bring your friends, water, and a mat, and join us at 8:15 am Monday, 9:15 am Wednesday, and 8:15 am Friday.

Our boot camp director, Meg Titshaw is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Meg has a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia. She also has certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Precision Nutrition.

Meg has a holistic approach to fitness. There are three primary focus points as she trains clients; food, fitness and focus. Food is a huge component of fitness program. Meg encourages her clients to maintain a tough metal approach. To maximize the value of the program, she encourages clients to work to achieve a healthy relationship with food. Many people make the mistake of allowing emotion or stress to lead them to over indulge. Meg believes that food should be viewed as fuel. It provides energy. That energy can then be used to maximize the value from workouts.

Experience has taught her that more times than not, people often don’t feel like working out. The key is to help people to use fitness as a tool to achieve a goal. Such as helping the client to achieve a higher level of self confidence. She explains that fitness enhances peoples lives and helps to ignite their passion for success. It’s about the way they feel after a workout that matters, not before. The thing that works best is a balanced, consistent approach.

Both food and fitness are core ingredients to good health. There is a third component though that should not be overlooked. That element is focus. Moments of weakness, self-doubt and insecurity always seem to impact us all. To overcome these negative influences, Meg believes that focus and being true to oneself are keys to breaking through those barriers. She is one of those all-in believers.

As Meg puts it, “It’s not that I wouldn’t love to run several marathons or eat a tub of ice-cream. I believe those things would not produce the ideal outcome. Instead, being true, being you is what we must strive for. Focus helps us maintain perspective on the goal of achieving good health. Being healthy physically equates to more success in your work, family, faith and relationships.”
