Georgia Personal Fitness has a mission to make a significant difference in the lives of others by helping them get healthy, get in shape, and get better from any injuries they might have experienced in the past. And, for those who play sports, our goal was to make a positive difference in how they performed on the field or the court.

To make sure we do make a difference in the lives of those who invest in our personal training programs, we take a lot of time upfront and through each personal training session to get to know our clients. That’s because each training program is customized around them, their goals, and their abilities. Doing so makes them feel good but it also improves how we can help them get the results they want.

To make that difference, we also realized that we had to find ways to make personal training accessible to as many as possible. That’s why we continually offer promotional pricing for new members and create package deals for our clients. Roswell Boot Camps

Keeping dad healthy is an important goal for all of us. Why not invite dad to tag along with you for a Saturday “Boot Camp”. You both will enjoy each other’s company and benefit from the great workout that the professional trainers at Georgia Personal Training will lead you through. If your dad is not a routine workout person, this might be the start to a more healthier life style for him.

At Georgia Personal Training we offer fitness boot camps three days a week. Two of the boot camps are offered in the evening, during the week. The third boot camp is on Saturday morning. Boot camps are designed to be challenging, fun and rewarding. If you have a membership to the gym, boot camp is included with your monthly membership.

Normally either Matt or Brandi will lead the boot camp. That way, members have the opportunity to learn from them and experience first hand the benefits of working with a knowledgeable trainer. Boot camps range in time from 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour sessions. It really depends on the fitness level of the group that comes to participate.

As with all things at Georgia Personal Training, boot camps are a chance to have fun, enjoy a great workout and improve your overall health. We always advise boot camp participants that while staying up with the group is nice, it isn’t the most important thing. We want our members to enjoy the boot camp and to get the maximum value from the work. We also want to ensure that each participant is working at a level that they are personally capable of sustaining. The idea of training is to enjoy it and to get better over time.
