It is not our job to tell a client what their goals should be, but rather to embrace the objectives presented to us, and then design the proper program that will make those goals a reality. After establishing clearly what your objectives are, we will lay out step by step what your training regimen will look like, as well as explain the science behind the specific methods we will use.
