Georgia Personal Training center is co-located with the Anytime 24 Hour Fitness Center, in Garrison Hills Village Shopping Center. Our Roswell Georgia based gym is located in suite 105. Georgia Personal Training operates out of suite 106 and provides individualized training programs for people in Roswell, East Cobb and other surrounding communities. Georgia Personal Training is set up to provide personal training services for people of all ages. Our goal is help people to achieve their fitness goals. We work with student athletes and people from all walks of life. Stop by and we will give you a free training session so that you can experience the benefits of personal training first hand. Our trainers design individual workout programs for each new client we take on. It doesn’t matter whether you are a businessmen, working or stay at home mom, handicapped or elderly person. We will set up a workout schedule that fits your needs and an exercise program that meets and exceeds your goals.

Sport specific training is available for athletes of all ages. We work with youth, high school, college and professional athletes who participate in football, baseball, soccer, basketball and more. We have even trained a few golfers who wanted to improve their balance and overall core body strength. Over the past 8 years that we have been operating in Roswell, we have worked with lots of Roswell High student athletes.
