Both Brandi and Matt grew up in the area. Matt played youth sports in the Roswell Youth program. He also played his freshman year of high school baseball at Roswell High School. We offer fitness boot camps three days a week at Georgia Personal Training. Two of the boot camps are offered in the evening, during the week. The third boot camp is on Saturday morning. Boot camps are designed to be challenging, fun and rewarding. If you have a membership to the gym, boot camp is included with your monthly membership. Normally either Matt or Brandi will lead the boot camp. That way, members have the opportunity to learn from them and experience first hand the benefits of working with a knowledgeable trainer. Boot camps range in time from 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour sessions. It really depends on the fitness level of the group that comes to participate. As with all things at Georgia Personal Training, boot camps are a chance to have fun, enjoy a great workout and improve your overall health. We always advise boot camp participants that while staying up with the group is nice, it isn’t the most important thing. We want our members to enjoy the boot camp and to get the maximum value from the work. We also want to ensure that each participant is working at a level that they are personally capable of sustaining. The idea of training is to enjoy it and to get better over time.
