Georgia Personal Training center offers personal training for East Cobb. Our staff works with people of all ages and athletic skill levels. Your training sessions will be planned and conducted around your busy schedule. We serve a very diverse group of clients, ranging from professional and collegiate athletes, to business people, seniors and stay at home parents.
We are located on Willeo Road, near the Chattahoochee river. Our fitness center is only a few miles from many East Cobb residential communities and not far from the heart of the and East Cobb business district. Our East Cobb clients come from all walks of life. We have a number of East Cobb area travel baseball players working out at our facility. We have a number of clients who work in corporate America. Several of our clients are stay at home parents or retired seniors. Many of these customers have been working out with us for years. Check out some of the success stories, such as Al Wilson, a business person who also lives near the gym. Al has been working with GPT lead trainer Matt Lein, for nearly six years.
We realize that every single customer who comes to us for fitness training, arrives here with different set of strengths and weaknesses. At GPT, we custom design the fitness program to fit the specific needs of each East Cobb customer who comes in for training. There is no one size fits all approach.

In addition to core body work, your workouts will be designed to help you tone up and improve your overall level of cardiovascular fitness. Lets face it. When our cardiovascular levels decline, we begin to loose some of the freedoms that we cherish as human beings. Movement is Freedom, as many of our seniors have taught us over the years. Our program is designed to increase your range of motion and to improve your muscle structure. Having a strong body, enjoying great balance and being able to enjoy an active lifestyle ranks pretty high among most folks in East Cobb. We are blessed to be near the river and many of our members enjoy a nice walk or jog along the river walk after their workouts. Spring, Summer and Fall are truly beautiful along the Hooch.
Not only do our personal training clients enjoy great workouts with expert, supportive trainers. They also get to attend any and all of the group exercise classes we offer, as part of their membership. We offer Zumba and Yoga. In addition, we also offer 3 weekly boot camps each week. We run 2 of the boot camps during the week. One is on Tuesday night, the other on Thursday night. The Saturday morning boot camp starts at 10 am and is arguably one of the most popular of all the boot camps we offer. For some reason, folks just seem to flock to the Saturday morning camp. All we know is, we will be there to work with all the smiling faces that show up for each of the East Cobb boot camps we offer. Our motto. Lets have some fun!
